Description
A compact powder, in a novel microgranular formula, which makes it possible to carry out all the operations necessary for application without raising a cloud of dust, which often causes irritation. Its compactness also makes it easier to measure out. The technical characteristics have been further improved by the addition of emollient and protective substances that maintain the right degree of dampness during development, thus avoiding weakening and drying the hair. Thanks to its high-quality formula it combines perfectly with Oxi-bleach at 10-20-30 or 40 volumes. The mixture stays stable and does not heat up, keeping the structure of the hair intact and leaving it silky even after strong color-stripping.
Instruction to use
the dilution proportion is one measure to 60 ml of Oxi-bleach.
